Hi would like to check husband and wife can add in adult daughter as a nucleas or buy a resale hdb flat ? she's 22 and been working for past one and half year and my husband working too but I'm not

Hi Ms. Tan,

Yes you can add in her name as part of the nucleus. If it is to get a higher loan, her name needs to be applicant/owner as well. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
